Sometimes things just don't work out. No hard feelings (okay, maybe a little).

We offer a 30-day return window from the day you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unwashed, in their original condition and unworn. Please include the original tags and packaging.

Return Shipping & Checkout+ 

No Checkout+? Return shipping is on you. Sorry!

We believe this is the fairest way to handle returns. Instead of raising our prices to cover everyone's return costs, only those who actually return something pay for shipping.

What's Checkout+?

Checkout+ is an optional extra at checkout that covers eligible return shipping costs.

  • With Checkout+: Eligible return shipping is covered.

  • Without Checkout+: You pay for return shipping yourself.

  • Wrong or faulty item? That's on us! We'll cover the costs.

We tried paying the courier in compliments, but apparently "nice van" doesn't cover the bills.

Simply visit our Return Portal, enter your order details and follow the instructions.

Damages & Issues

Received a damaged, defective or incorrect item? Contact us at support@fellinoclothing.com so we can make things right.

Exceptions

Personalized items and gift cards may be excluded from returns, except where your legal rights apply. Sale items can still be returned.

EU Right of Withdrawal

EU consumers have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal without giving a reason. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to send the items back.

Our extended 30 day return policy gives you extra time and does not affect your legal rights.

You can exercise your withdrawal right through our Return Portal or by emailing us.

Refunds 💸

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.

For statutory withdrawals, refunds are made within 14 days of your cancellation notice. We may wait until we've received the items or proof of return shipment.

For returns under our additional 30-day policy, approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection.

Where legally required, original standard delivery costs will also be refunded.
