At Fellino, we keep things simple. You order, we deliver, and if anything goes sideways we fix it. No runaround, no robots, no copy-paste responses. Just real people who care about getting it right.

If you have a question, a concern, or you just want to reach out, the best way to get in touch is by emailing us at support@fellinoclothing.com. We read every message ourselves and aim to get back to you within one to two business days. During a new drop or launch period things can get a little hectic on our end, so it might take slightly longer. But we will always get back to you. That's a promise.

Your order
Once you place an order with us, we get to work on it straight away. That means that if you need to make a change, whether it's the wrong size, a typo in your address, or simply a change of heart, you need to let us know as soon as possible. Email us at support@fellinoclothing.com and include your order number. We'll do everything we can, but we can't guarantee changes once your order has already entered production or shipping.

After your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details. If that email doesn't show up within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder before reaching out. It sometimes ends up there. If it's still nowhere to be found, just drop us a message and we'll look into it right away.

Pre-orders
Some of our pieces are available as pre-orders before they go into production. When you place a pre-order, you're securing your spot in a limited batch. You'll be charged at the time of purchase, and your order will ship as soon as production is complete. We'll keep you updated via email, and you can always follow our Instagram and TikTok for the latest news on upcoming drops and shipping timelines.

Shipping
We currently ship within the Netherlands. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package in real time. Standard delivery typically takes two to four business days from the moment your order is dispatched.

If your tracking says your package has been delivered but you haven't received anything, don't panic. First check with your neighbours or any nearby safe drop location. Carriers sometimes leave packages out of sight. If it's still missing after twenty-four hours, email us with your order number and we'll look into it immediately.

Shipping

Our products
Some Fellino pieces are produced in a strictly limited run. We don't restock. Once a design sells out, it's gone for good. That's not a marketing line, that's just how we operate. It keeps things special, and it keeps the game fair. If something is sold out, follow us on social media and make sure you're signed up to our newsletter so you're first in line for the next drop.

Each product page includes a size guide to help you find your fit. Our pieces are designed with a relaxed, slightly oversized silhouette in mind, so if you're unsure between two sizes, we generally recommend going up. If you have specific questions about fit before ordering, feel free to email us and we'll give you an honest answer.

To keep your Fellino piece looking its best, wash it inside out at a maximum of thirty degrees. No tumble drying, no bleach, and iron on a low setting while avoiding any printed or graphic areas. These pieces are made to last, but they need a little care to stay that way.
