We offer a 30-day return window from the day you receive your order.
To be eligible for a refund, your items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

When does my order arrive?
Standard drops are delivered within 2 or 3 business days in the Netherlands. For pre orders, the estimated date is listed right on the product page. We move as fast as possible, but we never rush the quality.
Where are your products manufactured?
We keep things close to home. Our manufacturing partner is located right here in the Netherlands. By staying local, we can closely monitor the production of our samples and final drops, and double check the quality in person. This ensures that every piece is made under fair, high standard conditions while keeping transport emissions low.
How much does shipping cost?
If you are ordering within the Netherlands, shipping is completely free. For international orders, the price is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will see the exact cost clearly before you complete your purchase.
